This privacy policy applies to the Block Puzzle Max app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Roman Reyhani (collectively, the "Application"). Roman Reyhani is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

Block Puzzle Max itself collects no personal information directly. The Application has no login, no account system, and no user-input fields. The Application integrates with third-party services that, in the course of normal operation, may receive:

All gameplay data (high scores, weekly best, settings, saved game state, daily challenge streak) is stored only on your device.

App Tracking Transparency

On first launch, the Application requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any device identifier is shared for advertising purposes. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Block Puzzle Max. If you decline this permission, the Application continues to function and ads continue to display, but ads will not be personalized.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application's third-party SDKs (Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform) may use SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support advertising, analytics, and consent delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider obtains your consent before any non-essential tracking technology is used, through Google's User Messaging Platform consent flow shown on first launch in regulated regions.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data processed by the Service Provider's third-party service providers on your behalf. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Note that the Service Provider holds no personal data directly — requests will be forwarded to the relevant third-party service.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
